With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning the military and corporate sectors, Jeff Jaeger brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and transportation functions.
I’ve held senior executive roles at Fortune 300 companies and led large-scale 3PL operations, managing multi-state teams and over 3,000 personnel across warehousing, direct store delivery, fleet, safety, and facility operations. My work has supported $4.2 billion in annual sales and included international logistics across Europe, Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle East. Notable accomplishments include implementing a nationwide logistics continuous improvement program and achieving over $30 million in cost savings through network optimization, technology deployment, and organizational redesign.
As the founder of The Jaeger Group, I now advise companies on supply chain strategy, ERP/WMS implementation, operational efficiency, and logistics project management. I also co-founded CargoShot, a SaaS platform delivering proof-of-delivery and condition intelligence to reduce freight claims and penalties. I’ve served clients in industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, medical devices, food and beverage, hazmat, and consumer goods. My hands-on approach is shaped by real-world experience, from executive boardrooms to military command in combat operations as a U.S. Marine Corps Captain. My goal is simple: help clients solve complex logistics problems with speed, clarity, and results.
